Family Reunion

This past weekend we had our annual get together at my parent's house. My aunts and my sister fly in and the Willett clan drives on in. The rest are all in Cincinnati which makes it perfect for us all to get together.

Now that is a good lookin' sandwich!

Grandma Jean, Aunt Holly, me and the kiddos, my dad
Many of my friends refer to Grandma Jean as the "hip" Grandma as she dresses so cute!
I just wish I lived closer to borrow her clothes!

Mom, her sister, Jan & Cindy

You think Matthew looks happy or what?
He cried most of the night as he was completely off his schedule.
He took a 4 hour nap on Saturday and then cried from about 6-9 pm (unless one of us was holding him). Boy was he tired!

Matthew had to be cropped out of this one--sorry buddy.

Growing up we took for granted the hills in Cincinnati. The girls are always in awe that my parents have a yard they can run up and down (they can only run across our lawn here as there is no "up or down." Not many hills around Indiana, right?). Here I was looking down from the deck as the girls were planting a rock garden (something even I could probably not kill).

This is the book Cindy was reading but Laney kept walking around with it while pretending to read. She looked so intellectual especially since there were no pictures and the book was upside down.

Uncle Fred, Aunt Holly, Aunt Nancy, Dad & the girls

This is how we made Cindy walk around all weekend as we said, "Cindy, you're an Ironman." Not really, but we loved seeing the medal she worked so hard for!

My family!
I just wish Matthew would have been smiling for my parents' Christmas card :(
Photoshop anyone?

What a fun reunion! I love all of the family pictures- they are priceless, really. Your parents' house looks so nice. I love all of the trees (although maybe they are like us and don't love them as much when the leaves fall). :) I agree that Cincinnati's hills are nice. I just wouldn't want to drive them in the winter. Ha! Glad you had a fun weekend!

Kelly, don't comment on how nice her parents' house or Cincinnati is. Remember, we need to keep them HERE! Ha, ha! Okay, okay--your parents' house IS super nice. Trees and hills--what are those??? I do agree that if I wasn't so set in my ways and afraid of change, I'd be somewhere else in the U.S. As long as there were a Costco and Fazoli's, of course. :)

These are all great pictures of a great looking family! You all must have had such a great time catching up and hanging out together. I really like that last picture of the whole fam--even if Matthew isn't grinning from ear to ear. At least he's looking at the camera and looks cute! When Ryan was between 1 and 2 he the best smile, but sometimes I couldn't get us all looking good at the same time. It happens!
